Yes, we offer activities to weekend and wedding groups! The cost of hire is $250 per instructor per half day and you can find a list of all our activities and their descriptions in the Activity Guide. In the activity guide is also some recommendation of self led and off site activities.

We offer various meeting spaces tailored to accommodate your needs. Our primary meeting area is the dining hall, which comfortably seats up to 90 individuals. Additionally, we provide smaller areas such as the games room and the pit area for more intimate gatherings. For outdoor sessions, we have a bbq area which is located opposite the delivery car park, a charming courtyard nestled between the games room and room 7, as well as an inviting olive grove area. Our expansive lawn area offers ample space for various activities and gatherings amidst the serene surroundings and also have a second smaller gravel level underneath the lawn which is well suited for small workshops overlooking the conservation reserve. 

We are located 50 minutes from Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat and are situated 15 minutes between the towns of Melton and Bacchus Marsh.

Yes, we have an illustrated site map that is used to show where all the activities are held. We also have a floor plan available for an insight of the building layout.

Yes, we welcome guests to camp on our grounds. We have ample space available in the top paddock. If you're considering camping or setting up glamping tents, please inform us in advance so we can discuss the designated area with you. It's important to note that while we accommodate campers and trailers, we don't have designated sites with power or water hookups (we are not a caravan park). For trailers and caravans, the best option is to set up in one of our designated car parks.
